Back to work this morning, have been off for a week with a rotten head cold. Felt so much better yesterday but by the time I arrived at the office this morning my head was feeling bunged up again.

Went out for a wander at lunchtime to try and clear my head and get some air. Came across this sign, thinking it may be a school activity being run by the local authority....will check it out some more when I feeling fitter.
