Fresh start

Mike has been giving the pond he built a couple of years ago a good scrub out and re-grouting.  Poor man, he has been dashing backwards and forwards to keep it covered during downpours and then opening it up to dry it out!

All the plants are sitting in trays of water, ready to go back in once Mike is happy with his handiwork!

Ollie got his stitches out this morning, but not long after we got home the wound had opened up so it was a trip back in and he now has seven staples holding it all together!  

He was a star patient and didn't need any anaesthetic at all, just lots of hugs and cuddles from me and the vet nurse!  He was rewarded with lots of treats, which he dutifully sat and gave his paw for!  Truly the perfect patient!
