Can they read...?!

Oxford students may be bright, but it doesn't look as if they can read...!  :)

(Of course, is it the bikes or the railings which may be removed...?)

(Good news: We've found, and secured, a lovely rented flat for son #3 for when he comes to Oxford in September to do his Masters course. We "only" ended up looking at 5 flats. So we can go home tomorrow feeling happy that he won't be sleeping on the streets!)
