Chasing Sunsets

Strange day weather wise .
Looking out one side of the caravan was blazing sunshine.
Look out the other side and the sky was full of menacing black rain clouds.

The evening was really pleasant and we decided to have a ride out to the north of the Lynn Peninsula to try and see the sun setting.

The menacing clouds were still hovering as we drove along but we're now tinged with pink and gold, looking spectacularly beautiful.

We reached the northern coast just in time to see the sun drop below the blackest, grey and blue cloud but alas only for a short glimpse as it soon dropped behind another low lying cloud that lay on the horizon.

So we didn't see a sunset but we nearly , nearly did.

Came back and just downloaded this just after midnight as it seems the best time of the day to get any wifi.
