"Hey Ho and Up She Rises"

Cake that is, and not too early in the morning although it was about 09:00 when I was making this.
Julia had an old schoolfriend coming to see her and, as they hadn't seen each other for ages, Marlane thought it would be nice if I baked a cake.
Came up like Vesuvius and didn't flatten when I took it out, proof is in the Extra photo.
