I often ask Mrs.K. for Blip ideas. This is her request for today.
It is of course Sea Holly. There are 230 species of Eryngium across the world. Last week I blipped E. giganteum with its distinctive white colouring. This s the one more often seen in gardens, E. Alpinum I believe. It is the one found widely in the Alps.
Here it is flourishing in Knottman's garden.
