Say Ahhh!

This was how my tea was presented to me at St George's Hospital this afternoon (in the M&S café at St George's to be exact!) and it immediately brought a smile to my easily amused face. Thankfully I won't be having to make the trek to Tooting again for at least another year - I got totally soaked by a really vicious downpour on the way home this evening.
