Whitby Abbey

We did a cycle ride this morning which made me realise how unfit my legs are!  This afternoon we went to Robin Hoods Bay and then Whitby.

High points were another visit to the Camphill Village Trust where we bought wonderful cheese and yoghurt and sitting in the sun in Robin Hoods Bay

Low point was falling off my bike into a ditch and waving my legs around like a beetle - the more I tried to climb out, the further I fell in - it must have looked hillarious!
