A day with Sabine

Once, my aunt went on a trip. She met a woman in a train, and they became friends. We're not more than 25 years later, and they are still friends! Sabine was visiting and Oli and I spent the day with her and my mom. First, we had a lovely walk at the Ile de la visitation park, where we really enjoyed the breeze, since the day was quite a scorcher. We tend to forget that Montreal is an island, and on hot days, it's great to remember! 

But it was hot. Really hot. So, instead of simply going home, or finding refuge in a restaurant for dinner, we visited my cousin, Oli's godfather, where we enjoyed the pool, a wonderful dinner and great conversation. Oli was quite tired at that point, though!
