Nostalgic Birthday Surprise

For my mums birthday tomorrow, we made her some Tom and Jerry cupcakes (yes, from a packet) because we were running out of time to make a proper cake. They also look so terrible and didn't seem to rise for some reason, but I think the Tom and Jerry decorations make up for it.
