Beef Wellington

Our delightful daughter not only invited us over for afternoon tea but also provided us with a wonderful dinner - all we needed to do when we returned home was put in in the oven and cook.

This is one of Linda's signature dishes - rather than make a large Beef Wellington she makes individual serving size ones.  So much easier to handle and I think they taste better.
