The start of another long day in the office.

Only one thing to do. Get up to go for a swim in the med.

Actually was woken up by the alarm at 6:20 this morning.

Thought about rolling back over for another half hour but that would just be wrong. It's such a treat to have a beach and a warm sea on your door step for a change. So up and out it was.

Just to take the edge off the morning I even went down the elevator to the beach. I mean, oh, those steps down are just toooo much.

There was a slight patch of cloud around the sun this morning so it didn't start to et uncomfortably hot until 7:30.

Not that I was complaining.
