Building defences

We had a fab day on the beach today. My family built a sea defence and here I am helping out.
The weather was great so we stayed on the beach for ages.
I played on the sand dunes with the boys. It was a lot of fun running down.
I was exhausted when we got back to our holiday home and now need a long long sleep.
I am feeling a lot better today.
