Blue Sky Bridge

It has just taken me 15 years to walk on the Lune Millennium Bridge in Lancaster - well, 14 years really because the bridge didn't open until 13 months after the Millennium itself (!) -  and it's all down to Bailey. We took him into town this morning and whilst he was very good on sentry duty outside of the shops, I decided to walk him down by the river whilst the supermarket shop was done. It's been a bright day all day today and we walked him down the canal this afternoon as well. He needed a couple of lie-downs and a couple of carries to keep him going and now he is fast asleep well before his bed time. Clearly being on your holidays is very tiring and the real thing hasn't even started yet!
