Symmetry, Sort Of

Domestic tranquillity day: made an apple pie, and we're just about to sit down and enjoy it!  Our old Gravenstein tree still produces a good crop of apples every year and they are at their best right now. We juiced up an armload of the smaller fruits and got enough to freeze a quart for the fall. That's about as exciting as it got today, and I'm not complaining.
