The Emerald Isle?

It's a Buddhist holy day Thursday and Friday; which means no booze is sold.
Not in the shops, nor in the restaurants; and obviously not the bars.

Unfortunately this was discovered by us when we go to the ice bar for tea / drinks.

So it was closed.

Headed into Chaweng, where they have a rather swanky new shopping mall.

Unfortunately it is not all covered; and the heavens erupted.

Down came the rain, and down went C as he ran across the car park, and knee'd a curb at the end of his trip.

So no booze, and tanking it down... hence it could be Ireland (on Good Friday at least).
