Its Nicola's Birthday today....Happy Birthday ! 

They are attending a wedding today in Runnymede - you know where the Magna Carta was signed.

At the moment it is fine & sunny outside & I could do with getting out but unfortunately am confined to barracks for a few more days / weeks until my hip feels better...pain killers & a heated wheat bag is the order of the day again.
