Maltese childhood 1965

I found a box of photos.

This is 1965 and my mum had her 6th child the previous November. (The brother I work for.) She is so slim! Maybe they could not afford to feed themselves and 6 children! No processed foods and added sugars in those days! (I am the brown child)

The largest of the invoices I have been chasing has coughed up so I feel that I have achieved!!! Go me!!! So I am spending the rest of the day gardening!

In other news, a body was pulled out of "our" stretch of the K&A this morning. Since I have lived here, that canal has claimed many lives.
