Coach

Our last time at Omnipotent CrossFit this morning. Here with are with our Coach, Tony.

Our early morning group, the Zombies, has meant so much to us since we arrived in Glasgow. We've all had so many laughs and smiles. Struggled through the tough workouts (the fault of the man in the middle here!) and supported each other.

Tony has always encouraged us and we are so much stronger mentally and physically from our time with him! Thanks Tony for everything!

We'll just have to bring some of that Omni spirit to whatever box we join in Perth!

Out for drinks with some of the zombies this evening, better go get ready!...
