Mini Eco System ?

That's what I like to think of this rock with the
fern, wild holly hocks wee forgetmenots ect
growing on it with no soil, there were lots
of insects and wee spiders on it too.
This was on our forest walk this morning, we
went to the Meet & Greet with Dino, and I have
to say he was a star, the dog training wifey was
well chuffed with him, and everytime I called
him back he came straight away, which felt
totally amazing.
For those of you lovely folk who haven't
followed Dino's meet & Greets, we all meet at
whatever spot, we walk with the dogs on leads
for about 10 minutes, then all the dogs are told
to " Go Play" and we let them off, they all run
around like mad things, a few grumbles, but I
have never wtinessed a full blown fight, and I
have taken dogs to this training for 15 yrs, it
is amazing to watch them in the pack, not one
dog wonders off as they are a pack animal &
that's where they want to be, today we had
about 28 dogs!
After we finished we went back to the car park
and had sarnies cake and hot drink, very very
important that part especially the cakes :-)))
Our weather is quite dull but dry so no complaints
