Ben's 15th birthday

Actually it was last Sunday but he was out with his mates and I was too tired to bake him any cakes, so I went round this evening with them instead.

His girlfriend had made a great cake anyway, in the shape of a cassette tape - if you're familiar with Guardians Of The Galaxy you'll know its significance. I'm not, so just thought it was some random retro thing!

When Ben's mum and me were 15, mixed tapes were all the rage, although we'd never heard of red velvet cupcakes.
