Distant Skyline

There are basically two ways to drive toward Sydney from the Blue Mountains. One is the "Great Western Highway" but the other is "Bells Line of Road". I took the latter route in my drive to Richmond today but stopped at Kurrajong Heights, which is situated just as one is making the last descent from the highlands. From there is an uninterrupted view to the Sydney CBD skyline some 80 kms away. The bottom image is a telephoto shot from the same location. It is an approximate enlarged/cropped version of the frame in the top image.
