More bookshelves

There are always so many jobs for our brief summer visits. As we are overrun with books my husband decided to extend the landing bookshelves. Won't give us much more book room but every little helps. The "kids" (in inverted commas as the baby is now 22!) Went thru their childhood books and videos (yes we still have them and two functioning video players!) A few made it to the tip but the shelf in the picture holds those that they can't bear to part with. My husband is using his new fashion accessory headtorch!!!! From the photo though it does look like the pool of light is not focused on where he's drilling!
