The Second Form at Malory Towers

Last year I gave my niece the first book of the series. Yesterday I managed to find the second, and much as she likes swimming and diving on the beach,  she couldn't put the book down.

It is amazing that I used to do the same when I was her age, but that was many years ago, and I had thought that young girls now would not like this type of books. I was wrong!
