A Real Truck

Fantastic morning. Since it was going to be 38 C today I took a walk while it was only 21 C outside. I didn't expect to come across a small town car show. Just about every make was shown including an old MG.

The owner of this truck is the third generation family owned. Its a 1923 Model T dump truck. Even the hand crank dump still worked. The only update was an electric starter.

I also really liked a tag they had on it. "Old truckers never die they just can't make the grade"

Headed back into California, then? Looking forward to going home in about 5 days.
