A friend and I went on a wee road trip around the lakes.

The friends husband has been diagnosed with a lung tumour and given about 6 months to live. Who knows it could be longer than 6 months.

Ive always said to this friend ring me if you need me. Her hubby was having a not so good day and she rang and said hubby has told me to go out for an hour.

So off we went. Just loved this image taken out the car window.

Although before I left their house, managed to get a smile out of hubby.
