Are you after our hay?

I woke up to a lovely sunny morning and decided to pop to Blaenavon to check out a polling station I will be working in on Thursday.  The local Community Council are holding a by-election in the Forgeside area and I've been asked to be a Presiding Officer.   After I'd viewed said Polling Station and was happy I drove towards Blaenavon town and spotted these two characters in a small field.
