Wedding

I've only known Ellie a few months and was very moved that I was one of the few people from her new place of work that she invited to her wedding to Meghan today. It was a real community effort at Hogacre Common eco centre - more wellies than kitten heels. The readings were a celebration of their belief in human rights, respect for the environment and gay rights followed by Tibetan cuisine served from a tent and drinks around a campfire as the sun set. They had brought together some beautiful touches from their bouquets of wildflowers picked that morning to the heart shaped bird feeders we were given as we left. Their love and the delight of their families was wonderful and inspiring.
