Journey west.

It started out a lovely day so we decided to make a picnic and head west. We got to Eilean Donan Castle, but there were so many people there, so we moved over the bridge and found a car park near the village hall. I think the vantage point of the castle is so much better here unlike the one of the travel brochures. So we had a good lunch and then moved on to Kyle of Lochalsh and on to Plockton! By this time the skies were clouding over, so after a look round Plockton we made our way home! A worthwhile visit to the west!
