Feed me! Pleeeeaaase!

Well it's my birthday tomorrow and I need to take in cake. This has always puzzled me. Isn't the point of a birthday that people give YOU things?!?!?

With not much time I've had to cheat a bit and buy a couple of cakes but will make some as well. Bought my own birthday cake as well :-/

Came out of the supermarket and heard high pitched cheeping. This little fellow was in some of the bushes clearly hoping that a parent would hear him. He wasn'tthat bothered about people going past him which doesn't really bode that well for his future does it?
