After a lot of work today, yesterdays scribbles and template have turned into a finished altered painting! Dave did all the sketching (apart from the mermaid tail) and I did all the painting. It's the first time I've had a whole day just being creative and painting for a good few years I think. I'm really happy with how it turned out, and am already planning the next one. This is now hanging in our downstairs bathroom, and it's not perfect, but I love it.
