Blackness Castle

Took a trip to Bo'ness, who were holding a Victorian Street Fair. Wandered about that a bit then to the Bo'ness & Kinneill Railway & Museum. I hadn't realised it was a Thomas the Tank Engine Special Day, so decided to give that a miss! Thought I would take the foreshore walk along to Blackness, which was enjoyable but further than expected. I realised I would be pushing it to get back to Bo'ness for my bus to Linlithgow, so looked at going back along the roads, and realised I would be just as quick walking directly to LInlithgow. The upshot was I had an unexpected 9 mile walk today, but feel better for it.
