Daddy's Girl

So this morning started with the Sunday morning gymnastics run followed by a visit through to my step sisters to see her new baby A. MrsT met us at gymnastics so we all went through together.

A quick trip home for a change before MrsT and L went to a show at Howden Park and I went for a near 7km run to test out the bad back.

After a successful run I cut the front and back grass and done some weeding before the rain came on again.

Once MrsT and L returned we headed for IKEA but had to abort due to heavy traffic on the bypass and detoured to Livingston and had dinner at Wagamamas.

Ten pin bowling in the evening at Murrayfield.
