Relaxing Sunday until.....

Today should have been a nice easy relaxing Sunday.  The plan was to get up, have breakfast & chill on the sofa before a nice run, shower, head into town to buy new tights and have a walk.  Come home and get some work done to make this week (which I anticipate is going to be hell) off to an ok start.

Unfortunately not that kind of day.  

It was all ok until we went out.  My nice shiny new car seems to have a wee flaw which results in the accelerator pedal not coming back up and getting stuck in the "on" position resulting in a slight loss of control of the car.  It has now happened twice.

We turned around and Steve and I agreed I cannot drive that car until it is sorted so tomorrow I will need to have a firm call with Toyota.  It is still under warranty so really hoping that they fix it with no issue.

Then the rest of the day has been sorting through wedding prep stuff.  There are lots of little bits to think about and sort out so not as simples as I would like it to be.

Though things rarely are :(

Now I am having a G&T to try to relax a little.
