Coot

Not feeling very well with a sore throat, so I'm glad to get out of the office. A lunchtime walk down to Inverleith Pond today.

It must have been raining quite heavily as the edge where this coot is standing is normally dry in the summer. The pond should be at a lower level, probably because of last night's heavy downpours. Fortunately its dry for now.

Get back to the office, and it starts raining again.
