A Grand little Tyke.
Our first day down in Sheffield visiting the Grand Children not to mention #1 daughter and husband. The journey down left me feeling that England's road system isn't fit for purpose. We had miles and miles of road restricted to 50 mph due to road works (much of it without any sign of any work having even been started. There were also miles of speed restrictions due I think to these "smart" motorways which slow traffic when it is particularly heavy.
We should have had an hour in hand but actually met R a little late. We met at a pub in Beighton which has a toddlers play area. We did this to fill in a little of the time as the builders where just finishing off and moving the skip after the latest phase of alterations.
When we arrived at R's the skip was just being maneuvered out of the drive. After that was done it was into the garden so that the kids could try out the new decking. This has made a level exit at the back of the house and more than doubled the outdoor all weather play surface.
So today's shot is the youngest of the Tykes in her "Little Tykes" car.
