Dr Richard Palin appointed as CCG Chair

ELR Clinical Commissioning Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Richard Palin as its new Chair.  

Dr Palin has served as CCG’s Clinical Vice Chair and was unanimously endorsed in his new role by its Governing Body.  He is a graduate of the University of Leicester Medical School and has worked as a local GP and clinician for two decades.
