Ullapool

Started off the day with helping hubby to get some sheep into the fank as the hogs and empty gimmers are getting clipped tomorrow so Mr M took them to Scouriebeg farm to put them in the shed so they will be dry for the clipping.
In the afternoon we decided to go to Ullapool to get some supplies. A beautiful sunny afternoon and driving down was wonderful to see the hills displaying all their shape and splendour. Ullapool was quite quiet for the time of year with just one touring bus in and a few cars parked along the sea front. The sun is shining brightly as I type this journal. Maybe a sunset tonight.
This is a view of the bay at Ullapool looking up Loch Broom to the hills in the distance.
