What the Dr ordered...

Evening bike ride, as the knee is feeling good and I was told by the surgeon to keep up the leg strength as much as I can, so recovery after surgery this Friday will be quick. Hopefully quicker than last time, allthough my long, slow recovery did urge me to buy my little Lumix and start taking photographs.

Expect more photo's the next few weeks, as I have decided to track my recovery through a daily photo blog here on Blip :)

In the meantime, due to some debris shifting out of an awkward position in the joint space last week, I have been able to get out twice last week: Wednesday and today.

Here is to a quick recovery...
