Rest day at Richmond

We have decided to spend  few more days here so that we can share pickup points with the wives and families back up team who deserve medals!
We had a visit from son and family this afternoon so that they could do the washing, have a shower,  pick up walking sticks, ankle supports, blister plasters and a BarBQ meal in the sun!  Son soon felt much better and confirmed that he doesn't need his walking partner's wheelbarrow just yet!
