at Dusk in Rotterdam

The late blue hour + the balconies of the building triggered me at first and then I noticed the foreground as welcome too in this capture
Ah, the building in the left corner used to be the Lloyd company's storehouses, they've been renovated and now hold great appartments.

I'll be in Luxemburg for the rest of the week and probably have little or no access to internet,  if so I'll add backblips later
