The Calm In The Eye Of The Storm

Shopping for food (there is nothing in the house).
Ended up with enough for diner (neither of us was in the mood for food shopping) and birthday presents for both the granddaughters.
Oh - and a book by some unknown author by the name of
Peter May

Snapped this lady sitting serenely while everybody rushed about around her.
We were sitting having a coffee and a sandwich at the time.

Cleared a load of unwanted plants from the front garden and a load of roots, overgrown plants and muck from the pond (I donlt think the tadpoles and froglets were too happy.

A meeting of the camera club committee in the evening to rip the hell out of   discuss changes to the club policy documents.
Amazingly - it all went swimmingly.
