First waves

Weather improved in the afternoon so decided to catch some waves at Kilbride Bay with my niece who has been visiting over the last week. This was the first time that Cooper has encountered waves. He finally worked out that he could jump them rather than battle his way through them.
If you've been around Argylls Secret Coast at this time of year you may recognise  seeing some of the scarecrows which are dotted about. Spotted many yesterday. Local folk and groups have been very creative with a couple of examples in the todays extras.
We also managed to get the bbq going again & enjoyed the few rays which I hope don't mark the end of our summer!
