Alnwick Gardens

Went on a mini break today with Onesmallplanet down to Northumberland.  We spent the afternoon exploring Alnwick Castle Gardens.  It's an amazing place, this was my third visit, but the first for Onesmallplanet.  I managed to see parts of the gardens that I had missed out on my previous visit, including a section that featured unique water features.

I love this photo of Onesmallplanet on the outside of the water feature as I was in the centre surrounded by water. I have posted an extra photo of the gardens as I had so many beautiful photos today.

After exploring the gardens we headed to Alnmonth Golf Course to check into our room for the night and then walked into town for a meal at the Red Lion.
