Manicured Fennel Fief

This colourful fellow was nobbling all my fennel.  Hardly ever use it for cooking though. I've heard it goes with fish.  The fennel not the caterpillar.  Caterpillars are to be served without seasoning and of course raw.
 Think it's going to be a swallowtail butterfly of some description, maybe.  It's in a tank now with a load of fennel so it can get big and fat and make itself a cocoon.
