Tiny Tuesday Remnance

This pin tack I pulled out of the notice board in the office has remnants of Cork and a little corrosion build up not even noticeable to the naked eye.
Not sleeping well and my eyes are blurry,arm is sore, trying to do my job but can't do all of it, legs ache and all this started when I turned 50 and have had to put up with it for 3 years now. Promised myself I will get fitter and more healthy this year and have made a start. I think it all went down hill when the eye vet told me I had too many Birthdays.
