Rookie The Weird

is the name of the artist

I go past this building on the way to work and I usually think "I'll have to blip that one day".  And now I have.

I was out early this morning for a bit of a walk before the heat became way too oppressive.  It was quite fun to be ambling through countryside, just lost in walking and thinking.  It smelled pretty good too.

Afterwards I went into town to go my messages* and now I can relax for the rest of the day.

*It's a Scottish thing (I have explained before).  The grammar of it makes sense if you have learned a bit of German (but the verb doesn't).  I remember my mum saying "I want you to go me a message".  "to go me" is just a dative construct, a bit like "schick mir eine E-Mail" (send me an E-Mail" or "gib mir die Tüte" (give me the bag).  Even the word order is very German.

I think the heat might have got to me more than I thought.  Anyway, enjoy the carp, the flowers and some great hair.
