Opening Time !

The Japanese Anemone had only opened one petal this morning but this little guy couldn't wait to get in & get himself a drink.....as far as I know he is still in there....hic !

Spoke to my physio this am. Ordered into the centre for some manipulation techniques on my hip / lower back. So that is Thursday. Also rang the OT lady to say thanks for all the aids that had been fitted - all good & very helpful.
