That Kind of Day

Sunshine, cloudy and very windy at times.

Morning of form filling and letter writing - oh yes!, typed and printed and signed with a pen; no 'Contact Us' button to press for this task. Thence to the Post Office and stroll by the pond, where I was delighted to bump into two friends, separately, and had short chats.

A quiet afternoon of zzzzz, reading and preparation for the meditation group later.
