Making Dinner

After taking this photo I started to wonder about coriander or cilantro and why people either love it or hate it. Apparently studies have shown that we have a genetic predisposition to how we perceive this plant in terms of it's smell and taste, some say it has a refreshing lemon/lime flavour while others think it tastes like soap or bugs. I happen to be in the like camp and have always found it tasty and refreshing. Since I've found it too wordy for me to re-write I've included a link which should explain more clearly what I'm talking about!
